Surviving Mars: Green Planet's Summer launch is quite close. Publisher Paradox Interactive has announced that the expansion is set to launch on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on May 16th. That's less than a month away.
As the title suggests, after surviving and competing against other would-be colonists, it's time to terraform the Red Planet. To that extent, Surviving Mars: Green Planet will allow players to seed its surface and undertake special projects like melting the polar caps. The planet will, however, respond to these massive changes in a manner that's not necessarily pleasant.
Surviving Mars: Green Planet is currently available for pre-order for the price of $19.99 or your regional equivalent. A look at the new buildings coming in May was given on the Paradox Interactive YouTube challenge in two short tutorial videos which you can check here and here.
