The creators of Alan Wake, Max Payne, and Quantum Break have announced that their upcoming new IP Control will release this August 27th.
The game was already confirmed for Summer 2019 but this is the exact date. In addition, Remedy has confirmed that the game will be playable at PAX East and revealed a new trailer showing off gameplay.
Control was revealed back at E3 2018 and was one of the most talked about titles during the event. Players take control of Jesse Faden, a seasoned agent for the Federal Bureau of Control who is fighting against an invading force all the Hiss. Thrusted into the role of director following the previous one's death Jesse has to restore order by any means.
Control launches this August 27th for PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
