Players will be able to change the color, and pattern, of each individual piece of gear. This customized gear won’t have any effect on the avatar’s stats and allow players to stand out. Patterns cannot be altered but Konami has promised a excellent selection to choose from.
Similar to Metal Gear Solid 4 equipment is separated into categories such as upper and lower body: gear from MGS 4 will not return. Some classes will have class specific gear however with a diverse array of options players can mold their gear to their liking. If you like a particular look you can save loadouts and looks, but cannot change them during a match.
