Project Spark is finally releasing this October 7 in the US and October 9th and 10th in other regions on Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Windows 8. This means that the beta will end and but the developers at Team Dakota has confirmed that everything you accomplished in the beta will be carry over to a Project Spark live account immediately. Team Dakota noted that those who participated in the beta will receive a small token of of their gratitude.
These rewards will show up in your account when beta users log into the game on October 7 in addition to an email on October 6. The Project Spark Starter Pack will be available on October 7 as a digital download or physical version for $39.99 that includes a starter pack. If you wish to forgo the starter pack you'll still be able to download Project Spark digitally for free.
Project Spark is a game maker video game for Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. It was first announced during Microsoft's E3 2013 press event, with the open beta started in December 2013 for Windows and March 2014 on Xbox One.
Players can choose whether to start with a pre-designed level or a blank map, and use the tools available to morph the environment to their will. Changing the topography, adding new life, and programming behavior to build their own universes and share them with the world.
