Since the removal of the popular mobile game Flappy Bird a lot of allegations have been made about it's creator, Dong Nguyen, copying assets from Nintendo. The Japanese gaming company has come forward and stated that it had no role in the removal of the game.
A Nintendo spokesperson explained to the Wall Street Journal that "While we usually do not comment on the rumors and speculations, we have already denied the speculation".
According to Dong Nguyen his reason for removing his game was because it ruined his "simple life".
