After a difficult launch and losing players Marvel's Avengers is seeking to regain some traction. With the Kate Bishop DLC launching this December 8th.
The DLC will add Kate Bishop to the game as she searches for her former mentor Clint Barton in a unique story operation. Clint will followup on this DLC when he becomes playable this early 2021.
Kate can switch between arrow times and use swords for close combat. Kate can deploy decoys and her ultimate heroic, Quantum Overdrive, allows her to fire explosive arrows.
This is the first major DLC for Marvel's Avengers after content for the game was delayed and the roadmap changed. The game has been bleeding players since its launch and with Cyberpunk 2077 launching within the same window as this DLC Avengers will have a harder time than ever luring back players or attracting new ones.
Marvel's Avengers is now available for PS4, PC, and Xbox One. Xbox Series X and PS5 versions will launch next year with free upgrades available to all owners of the original game.
