Today, Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics released new gameplay footage for Marvel's Avengers. Showing off the Avenger's taking on AIM's robotic army, MODOK confirmed, and customization options players will have access to.
The first trailer shows off Thor and Hulk attempting to prevent a helicarrier from crashing into New York. The footage shows the player controlling Thor while Hulk is AI-controlled. Iron Man eventually joins the fight to help Thor and Hulk destroy some AIM droid drillers before a larger one appears. Thor uses what appears to be his ultimate ability to take it down.
That's not all though, a new trailer for MODOK was provided. Showing that MODOK is attempting to control all mutants and confirming how Captain America died.
The final trailer is of Cooperative War Zones. Where players can join others in cooperative action as the Avengers. With a variety of customization options. Including showing off the Hulk Buster.
Marvel's Avengers launches on September 4th for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
