Asphalt 9: Legends recently launched on the Nintendo Switch. Now, it's getting a new update in the way of new challenges, cars, and a face against eSports Legends.
Players can take on underground racers composed of players from the community.
The “Drive Syndicate - 神磔*, a crew of underground racers composed of real competitors from the community, will challenge players in the Money Run, Obstacles or Hacker Run exclusive game modes.
Connecting virtual and real worlds, players have an exclusive opportunity to compete against two of the best international Asphalt 9: Legends competitors, putting their scores to the test. RpM_Alex (finalist of the first Asphalt Esports Series) and RpM_Feuerrm (Asphalt Expert and Co-host of the ESL Mobile Open Season 1), have become the two Drive Syndicates heroes joining the “Red fox” (赤ç‹) to tear up the city streets of Osaka. The two protagonists and their story have been turned into a “manga style” experience while staying true to the first Drive Syndicate.
The event will start on December 13th and end on January 19, 2020. Players who compete can unlock the Rimac C_Two, the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1, the Mazda Furai, the Ford Shelby GR-1, and the Italdesign Zerouno.
Asphalt 9: Legends is now available for PC, mobile devices, and Nintendo Switch.
