Rocksteady, most notorious known for creating the Batman Arkham Trilogy, is rereleasing the games for PS4 and Xbox One. But only for EU territories.

The news went public on Twitter after being posted on Amazon UK, stating the collection will launch in EU territories this September. However, there was no mention of other territories. The collection will also include the Earth 2 Dark Knight skin for Batman: Arkham Knight, which currently is only available to players in North America. The skin will be available as a free download for everyone worldwide who owns the original version of Batman: Arkham Knight early next year. Lastly, a steel book case was revealed that showcases all 3 games on the cover.
Quick info for the players who have been asking. Batman: Arkham Collection is coming to Europe in Sept, and includes the E2DK skin (the first time it's available outside NA). Early next year E2DK will be released as a free download for everyone who owns BAK on PS4 worldwide.

This collection only contains the core trilogy and the DLC, it doesn't include Batman Arkham VR or Batman Arkham Origins that was developed by Warner Bros. Montreal.
It seems surprising that this collection isn't releasing in NA territories considering the popularity of Batman in the US region alone. But perhaps a reveal announcement will come soon.
In addition, Rocksteady is working on a new project but no word what it is yet. Many speculated it was a Superman-related project but Rocksteady has denied these rumors.
