Bethesda hasn't been in the best state since the release of Fallout 76. However, their other project, Rage 2, has been silent since E3 2018 but it seems we'll get more information at The Game Awards 2018.
The announcement was made on Rage 2's official Twitter account.

There are several rumors going around with some claiming it'll be a release date. However, I would argue it'll most likely reveal more information about the game's story and gameplay. A release date now wouldn't be ideal considering that Bethesda still has another project they have to fix.
Rage 2 is now in development for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
