EA Details Battlefield V's Live Service Journey, Battle Royale Not Coming Till 2019

Live service roadmap for Battlefield V now available

All post-launch content for Battlefield V will be free and with the game only a month away EA has released the roadmap for post-launch content until March 2019. Noting new vehicle cosmetics, multiplayer modes, and the battle royale mode Firestorm.

The post-launch content will start on early December with the first chapter of Tides of War and the Practice Range where players can learn the game's mechanics.

Early next year Tides of War will continue with vehicle warfare with new challenges and original content built around vehicle play. Combined Arms will also be added for cooperative action with several maps.

Firestorm won't be available until March 2019 and will be set in Greece

Greece map: Join a massive aerial invasion along the Cretan coast. The Allied side is desperate to cling to the island under attack by the Axis, attempting to break through the British defenses air superiority and paratroops. This map brings all-out war defined by a power struggle between tank control versus air superiority.

Battlefield V launches for Xbox One, PS4, and PC this November 20th.
