The upcoming beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's battle royale mode starts this September 14th for Xbox One and PC players and next Monday for PS4 players. To keep fans aware of the upcoming beta Treyarch has confirmed that 80 players can join a single match.
According to the studio the mode was tested with 100 players but was lowered to ensure a quality experience.
