The first beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 recently ended and was exclusive for PS4 owners who pre-ordered the game. The next beta, which starts on August 9th, will include PC players and with that Treyarch has released the requirements PC need for gamers to play.
The requirements are pretty basic, if you have a modern PC you won't have any trouble.
