At the beginning of the month, developer Digital Sun and publisher 11 bit studios layed out Moonlighter's 2018 content roadmap. The first step was the "More Stock" update which, as of today is available on PC and should come to PS4 and Xbox One in the following weeks. Arguably the update's main feature, 100 new room patterns have been added to the game, alongside puddles which will poison, burn or electrify Will. That's not the only thing done to increase dungeoneering variety, as right after defeating a boss the room can be re-entered starting a timed challenge. Defeating all baddies quick enough will net you three chests filled with treasure.
Moonlighter also received a few visual tweaks in this update. Upgrading armor will now change the looks and icon of each piece. Enchanted weapons received new effects that increase with the weapon's enhcantment level. A bunch of new tutorials were also added and you can check out the other changes in the Steam announcement. If you haven't already, also give our Moonlighter review a read.
