Kingdom Hearts 2 released back in 2005 for the PS2, over 10 years ago. Since then gamers have been craving for Kingdom Hearts 3 and now Square Enix is finally releasing the sought-after title on January 29th, 2019.
Coming to Xbox One and PS4 the announcement was made during the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra World Tour stop in Los Angeles.
The title was first announced back in 2013 at E3 and while rumors have been spreading for a November 2018 launch Square Enix stated it was pushed back for more time.
At the concert, director Tetsuya Nomura apologized for the delay saying, "I'm sorry we're asking for a little more time than initially planned. Please look forward to other information, including a few new trailers at E3."
Kingdom Hearts 3 launches on January 29th for Xbox One and PS4.
