Back in February images showcasing Sea of Thieves' Kraken were revealed but Rare has been tight-lipped about the legendary sea creature, until now. A new trailer highlighting the game's launch has revealed the creature crushing a ship with one of its giant tentacles.
The entire beast wasn't shown but according to the trailer when it does appear the ocean turns black and giant tentacles appear from the water, similar to Pirates of the Caribean. Defeating this massive foe won't be easy as the trailer shows it's incredible size and strength.
Sea of Thieves launches March 20th for Xbox One and PC. It'll feature Xbox Play Anywhere, cross-play between both platforms, and be featured in Xbox Game Pass at launch.
