Horizon: Zero Dawn is one of the best games of this generation and a must have for all PlayStation 4 owners. It's been a year since Guerrilla Games shocked audiences with their first open-world third-person action adventure game that quickly exploded into a series of cosplayers, fan art, and much more. Now the complete edition is available that includes the core game and the expansion The Frozen Wilds, but the latest news highlights the game's sales. Reaching 7.6 million sales since its launch.
Guerrilla’s co-founder and managing director Hermen Hulst stated:
“We had huge ambition for Horizon: Zero Dawn and as we approach the launch we knew people were excited, but to see sales of this volume is truly mind-blowing. Since launch, millions of players have joined Aloy on a quest to discover the secrets of the old ones. We hope they enjoy playing Horizon: Zero Dawn as much as we enjoyed making it.”
In celebration, the developer has provided fans with a free Horizon: Zero Dawn PS4 avatar bundle and Photo Mode theme. The studio also released a new video providing a behind-the-scenes look at the game's score.
