Today Rare revealed the numbers of the beta for Sea of Thieves, stating that the 2-day beta had 332,052 players sailing around its archipelago with over 2 million hours of sea gameplay cumulatively played.
Over 25,000 of them broadcasted their gameplay or created a video, with an average of 140,240 cumulative viewers and about 14.5 million cumulative hours watched. The game reached first place in live viewers on both Twitch and Mixer.
Sea of Thieves will release for Xbox One and PC on March 20th, 2018.
