Fornite To Receive Battle Royale Mode

Fortnite's 100 player PvP mode will be available on September 26th.

Epic Games' zombie-killing, base-building, loot-getting third person shooter Fortnite will receive its first PvP mode. Following the popularity of games like H1Z1 and PUBG, a Battle Royale mode will be introduced to Fortnite on September 26th. 100 players will be launched from a flying bus on a new map, and set loose to kill each other. In my Fortnite Preview I praised it for its building system and, by the looks of it, that will also make it into the Battle Royale mode.

While the mode is officially launching later this month, the Public Test server is available for all Fortnite players, provided they don't mind potential crashes and bugs, from the game's menu. Have a look at the announcement trailer.
