Middle-earth: Shadow of War voice acting cast was revealed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, and it looks epic. It includes Kumail Nanjiani of The Big Sick and Silicon Valley, as well as Pollyanna McIntosh (The Walking Dead). Performance Capture director Troy Baker will return to voice Talion, while Alastair Duncan of Westworld and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo will also make a return as Celembrimbor. Laura Bailey, who is the voice of Supergirl in Injustice 2 has been revealed as the voice actor for the elite assassin, Eltariel.
Shadow of War is an open-world action RPG, and is the follow up to the critically acclaimed Shadow of Mordor. It continues the narrative from the previous game and will be released on October 10 2017. The game is set between the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, and will feature a "richer, more personal and expansive world full of epic heroes and villains, iconic locations, original enemy types, more personalities and a new cast of characters with untold stories."
Baker, Nanjaini, McIntosh, and Bailey will appear at Comic-Con International: San Diego on July 21. They will be joined by Monolith Productions Creative Vice President Michael de Plater to discuss their roles in the game and reveal never-before-seen content.
