Rumors have been spreading that Battleborn was going to free-to-play, well CEO of Gearbox has shut down the rumors.
On his official Twitter Randy Pitchford explained that the possibility of a new type of trial system was being tested. The demo would allow gamers to try the game and its DLC before deciding whether to purchase the game.
Battleborn is now available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
