Xbox Live Gold subscribers can rest easy now, Microsoft announced its lineup for Games with Gold for October, and Crimson Dragon isn't on the list. Xbox One Gold subscribers will gain access to Frima Games cooperative platformer Chariot when it launches next week. In Chariot you play as a princess and her fiancé who guide a coffin through various obstacles.
Xbox 360 owners will be able to download two games during October. On October 1st, EA's 2010 FPS Battlefield: Bad Company 2 will be free of charge until the 15th. The military shooter stood out by bringing the battlefield multiplayer experience to consoles. From the 16th until the end of October, Darksiders 2 will be free to download. From the now closed studio of Vigil Games, Darksiders 2 takes inspiration from The Legend of Zelda and God of War and combines them into a huge supernatural open-world.
This month's featured games include Crimson Dragon and Super Time Force on the Xbox One and Halo: Reach on the Xbox 360. These titles will be available for free until September 30.
