Nintendo of America has started selling refurbished 3DS and DSi consoles through their official site. These systems start at $100 for the Metallic Rose and Midnight Blue DSi XLs and $130 for the 3DS Aqua Blue and Midnight Purple colors. Select models can be purchased with a copy of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D or Mario Kart DS.
Nintendo ensures customers that those who choose to purchase these consoles that they’ve been “cleaned, tested, and inspected to meet Nintendo’s high standards” and that they come with the same one year-warranty that is also offered by their new consoles. The service is only available in the US and no announcements have been made for Europe.
