Digital Extremes’ free-to-play RPG, Warframe, has been around for 10 amazing and action-packed years, and the studio has announced that they’ll be giving in-game rewards to players during an anniversary event. During a recent special anniversary livestream, they also announced the date that the TennoCon 2023 ticket sales will begin.
As announced by Digital Extremes, this year’s TennoCon event ticket sales will begin on April 5th. Over the past 3 years, TennoCon had to be held virtually due to the pandemic but the hiatus for in-person events is finally over. TennoCon 2023 will be at RBC Place in London in August 2023. Digital Extremes plans on holding a celebration for Warframe’s 10th anniversary and give those in attendance a glimpse at what’s on the cards for the studio’s future developments.
For the fans who won’t be able to attend TennoCon 2023, Warframe will be host to the 10th anniversary in-game event during which rewards to be handed out to players on a bi-weekly basis from March 24 until June 2. The rewards in question will include Dex Skins, Weapons, Ephemera, and so much more to buff your arsenal in the Alerts Tab. Though there are also booster weekends planned too for players who need to rank up their gear. So keep an eye out or you might miss out.
Many players have been anxiously awaiting Warframe’s upcoming Roguelike expansion, The Duviri Paradox. In the Warframe Devstream 169 video, we get to see gameplay and some cinematic teasers from the Duviri Paradox, including the featured Orowyrm boss fight along with some of the more notable Operator changes like Operator Melee Weapons. The Duviri Paradox might just be one of the bigger expansions to come to Warframe with much more coming in future.
Digital Extremes will also be hosting a Reddit AMA sometime in April, but a specific date hasn’t been confirmed. The Duviri Paradox for Warframe will launch in April 2023 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
