Tormented Souls is a survival-horror title that takes inspiration from classic titles like Resident Evil and Silent Hill. With players exploring an isolated town called Winterlake. Protagonist Caroline Walker heads into the town in search of a lost person but is captured, her eye is removed, and she is attached to aging medical equipment. She must try and escape the mansion and find out what is going on.
We did a preview of the game thanks to the publisher sending us an early build. It captures the uneasy tension of Capcom's earliest work while maintaining its own identity. A promising horror game for fans indeed.
Tormented Souls will launch this August 27th for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC. A Switch version will come at a later date
