As part of Steam Next Fest the 3D rogue-lite action-adventure title Rogue Spirit is available in both early access with a demo also available.
Rogue Spirit provides procedurally generated 3D worlds inspirited by Japanese culture. The player must possess the NPCs and use their skills to free the land.
The world of Rogue Spirit is ever changing, making each run of the game feel personal depending on the player’s chosen playstyle. Traversing through 10 procedurally generated levels within five unique biomes, the rogue spirit of Rogue Spirit absorbs enemy abilities utilizing the game’s possession mechanic, taking on 20 distinctive enemies, each with their own specialized abilities, weapons and upgrades. Each defeated foe’s key characteristics and possessions can be absorbed and adapted into the player’s character. Whether it be to get up close and personal or fighting from a distance, player choice is endless in this creative take on the rogue-lite genre.
The demo will be available starting now and the early access option coming on August 25th.
