Today Housemarque confirmed they're delaying the upcoming sci-fi roguelike shooter Returnal to April 30th.
Sony stated in an official tweet:
Update: Returnal has a new release date of April 30, 2021. SIE and Housemarque have made the decision to move the release date in order to give the team extra time to continue to polish the game to the level of quality players expect from Housemarque. See you in April!
Returnal is a third-person roguelike shooter where players take control of Selene. This space pilot has been trapped in a time loop and equipped with powerful weapons. To break the loop she must find a way to disrupt the pattern and with each death comes new challenges.
Returnal will launch on April 30th for PS5.
