For those unaware, NieR: Automata has you in control of 2B and 9S. 2 Androids fighting for humanity against an alien race that has taken over Earth and uses machines to fight against the human-created Androids. The game has several campaigns that showcase different perspectives of the adventure and showing the player that what they're isn't black and white. Personally, it's one of my favorite games this generation.
A new installment in the NieR series is in development. A remake of NieR: Replicant which was a JP exclusive for PS4, PC and Xbox One.
