Argus, much like Barba, isn't happy to see Wander inside its home. To topple this creature you'll need to be clever and quick.
Right when the battle begins, head back towards the dam. On the side is a small opening where you can climb, unfortunately, it's too high. Provoke Argus into attack you to force the debris up and get the necessary verticality to jump onto the ledge.
Head inside and provoke Argus again into attacking the hallway you're inside. This will expose an opening for you to leap out of. Head up and reach the bridge, Argus will destroy it but this will seal his doom. Lure Argus to the middle of the collapsed bridge and leap onto his body.
Argus has 2 weak points, the first is in its head. Once there stab it until it disappears. The next weak point is in the palm of its hand. To expose this one climb to the right tricep and stab the glowing area to make Argus drop its weapon.
Drop down and prompt Argus to attack. Eventually, it'll use its hand and that's when you leap on. Stab the palm of its hand to cause the beast to drop.
