Like Celosia Cenobia is violent but doesn't have any fears. Instead, the primary focus here is to run.
Fully armored Cenobia will make mincemeat of Wander in a head-on battle. Get to higher ground by leaping onto the pillar found at the start of the fight. Follow the ledges to vertical columns and start climbing. Cenobia will ram the pillar, causing it to fall and leading up to another ledge.
Jump up and follow the ledges to the next column and repeat the process. Cenobia will knock each pillar down. Keep climbing pillars until a bridge is made leading up to a vertical shrine covered in moss.
Head up the shrine and leap to the pillar on the left side, when Cenobia knocks it down a small cutscene will play opening a new part of the city. Head to the far wall and climb up. Get to the edge and provoke Cenobia to charge, triggering another cutscene, destroying the ledge and destroying its armor.
Once exposed use the rubble to leap on and stab Cenobia until it dies. If you get knocked off force Cenobia to ram one of the fallen pillars to stun it and hop back on.
