Don't let Celosia's size fool you, this beast is dangerous. However, he has one major fear and we know what it is.
Celosia is scared of fire. To use this to your advantage head to either side of the arena where there is a pyre burning. Climb up and taunt Celosia to ram the stone pillar, causing a wooden plank to fall. Grab it and force Celosia to the outside edge of the arena, don't get too close or it'll use its paws to knock you down. If you plank goes out head back to one of the pyres and ignites it by hitting the flame.
Once knocked off the edge Celosia's weak point will be exposed. Leap on and start stabbing until it falls.
