Merry Christmas or whatever generic holiday or icon celebration you choose to idolize. We here at NoobFeed should be getting ready to warm your heart for some Game of the Year awards, but until that time, everyone is stuffing their faces and basking in commercialism. Not me though; yours truly cares about the entertainment and information rate of our dear readers. That’s why this holiday season, I’ll be looking over a variety of games we might not have discussed thoroughly yet.
We’ll go into some darker territory today, as we follow the demise of Family Guy Online. This MMO set in the cartoon series recently sent out an announcement that it will not leave its Beta state and will instead be taken offline somewhere in the following month. I hadn’t played a lot of it due to schedule conflicts and the fact it has very little staying power, outside of its immediate appeal, but I decided this would be a good time to return. We’ll give Spooner Street a thoughtful parting gift by going over its simple fetch quests and dry, limited combat aspect that left us cold in the first place. At least there will be some jokes in the gameplay commentaries below. For more streams and action as it happens, you can always check out the TwitchTV channel.
