The next inside the other part of the ship, highlighted by 2 blue icons leading you inside. The final is in a cover where the tail end of the ship is located, west of where the transmission is.
The final part has you destroying a Dreadwing and using your Sunwing to detach the part you need. Head back and the girls will give you the Skykiller weapon.
