Kyle Crane lived an eventful life during Dying Light and The Following DLC but eventually, his life came to an end. With Dying Light 2 Aiden takes up the helm as the protagonist but there's a memorial for Crane hidden in the world that unlocks a secret shoe that allows for triple jumps.
First, you must clear that the bandit camp in the Lower Dam Ayre in the Central Loop, it's on the lower right side of the map. Next head to the upper left part of the map where the crane is located. On the ride side of the crane, you can see a crate being suspended and a walkway leading to it. Unlock the crate and you'll find a memorial to Kyle Crane also turn on the radio to hear some lines from the first game. Next sit on the couch and the shoes "It's me...Marian!" which is a reference to Super Mario that unlocks a triple jump. Just put them on and jump 3 times in a row to do a special flip.
