Eric and Rachel's relationship is a key point during House of Ashes but an achievement involves them both dying. Here's how to unlock Until Death Do Us Part.
While the achievement says for Rachel to kill Eric you can unlock it by killing Eric earlier than having Rachel get infected.
First off, get Eric killed in the rope section where Rachel is dangling over a pit. The easiest way to do this is to alert Dar by failing the QTE before the rope section, this will have Dar shoot Eric and kill him.
Next, have Rachel abandon Clarice and fail to restart the generator, and attempt to flee when falling back with Jason and Nick. Fail the QTE against the demon and Rachel will get infected. She'll return twice, once after the first assault and again when attempting to leave the cavern, defeat her to unlock the achievement.
