Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has a lot of various equipment and some have achievements linked to their use. Like killing 4 enemies with the Molotov to unlock the Ashes to Ashes achievement.
During the mission Proxy War, you'll head into an airfield. Go to the very back of the field where a vehicle carrying 4 soldiers drives out of. You'll see a bunch of soldiers out running as well. Leap onto the craft on the right to get the soldiers to bunch up, then throw a Molotov to get at least 4 soldiers at once. If you need another try the checkpoint should be close to the area.
This achievement can be found in the mission Embedded. During the final moments of the mission, after blowing up the helicopters, you'll follow Farah into a field of dead bodies. She'll tell you to lay prone and avoid detection. Instead, get up and kill them all. Once they're all dead you'll get the achievement.
