You've been tasked with heading to the Black Rock Processing area. Where you'll get the material needed to craft more HRAs and in return get more information about Jesse's brother. Here's how to get to the quarry and complete your mission.
Take the main elevator to the Maintenance sector and when exiting head right, you should see a sign directing you to the quarry. You'll be ambushed by Hiss and required to open the sealed lock. Next, you'll come to some turbines. First, pull all the generator on the left of the turbines to stop them, use that same battery for the power outlet across, and leap across. Now head up and perform the same thing for the next turbines.
Above there are 2 power outlets, head to the lowest level, below the first set of turbines, and you'll find another battery that can be used to slot into the 2nd outlet.
When inside the Oceanview hotel, hit the bell and enter the first room. Take a look around and hit the bell again. Now match the furniture to the previous room. This includes the chair, radio, plant, and picture. If done correctly the third room will contain the key needed to leave.
Now you can get across the pathway. Follow the path and fall down the hole, you should see the gray stabs. Get close and they move up, allowing you to cross.After following the linear paths and clearing a room of Hiss, you can speak to Arish. He'll tell you of a new type of Hiss that killed his men. With the door unlocked, you can find this new Hiss called a Hiss Distorted. This creature can turn in invisible and uses close-range blasts. To kill this creature look for ripples in the air or wait for it to attack. When attacking it's vulnerable to attacks.
Follow the paths and you'll get to a video of Darling, he'll give you the code to the quarry. With the door open you can take the elevator up. Take the linear path until you hit another elevator. This time you have to climb down, but be careful of Hiss Charged.
When finally at the quarry, you'll be ambushed by a lot of Hiss. Take them down and head to the large area in the back of the quarry. You can take the first right path to get there faster. Once in the main area, you'll encounter more Hiss. Take them down and locate batteries around the area to place into the outlets. Once done, head to the control station at the center of the quarry directly in front of the blast area. This will open the area and grant you the material. Once done, Fugues will start appearing. Run past them all and head to the Control Point at the beginning of the quarry and return to Marshall.
