Achilles, Agamemnon, and Perseus were incredibly challenging bosses. But Herakles is the biggest challenge you'll encounter. Not only is he huge but has environmental hazards. Locating in Tartaros, this behemoth is a force of nature.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey,The Fate of Atlantis Episode 2,Torment of Hades,

Herakles fight takes place in a large hall full of dead cyclops. The best opening attack is trying to sneak attack the behemoth. When the battle starts Herakles will start ground pounding, this is his go to tactic when you get too far. This makes arrow attacks nearly impossible.

On top of his incredibly powerful attacks, the roof of the temple will fall at random times. The falling debris will be indicated with a pattern on the floor.

The key to defeating Herakles is to keep close and hit fast. Getting too far isn't an option but avoiding his attacks is as simple as looking at the attacking animation. Stay close, use your adrenaline, and keep hitting him.
