The final boss of Devil May Cry V is Vergil, who guessed it? This time you'll be facing Vergil as Nero, father versus son. All trying to save him and his uncle Dante from killing each other. Here's how to defeat Vergil.
The face between Nero and Vergil plays the same, the difference being you don't have access to Dante's styles. But the game has been handicapped for favor Nero's moves, that and Vergil just took a beating from Dante.
The key here is charging your DT through your Blue Rose charged and using the Red Queen only when needed. Your DT is key to overwhelming Vergil and performing the specific Devil Breaker animation to knock some sense into Nero's dad.
During the first transformation, keep your distance and use the Blue Rose against the doubleganger and avoid Vergil until your DT is up. Once you weaken Vergil with a few attacks until he falls, then use the Devil Breaker. Vergil won't break his transformation until he takes flight but you can cause damage after the initial hit. Just keep widdling his health till Nero's dad submits.
