Some missions in Devil May Cry V involve just fighting a boss and the first mission like this is the one concerning Gilgamesh. Here's how to defeat the marauding titan.
Gilgamesh is slow and relies on his weapons to attack. The key is its legs, cut away at those glowing bits and use your devil bringer to get close. When down you can get onto Gilgamesh's back to do serious damage. Don't overstay your welcome because it'll summon spikes if you stay too long.
The fight doesn't change much from this, defeat the glowing leg parts and jump onto the back. You can do extra damage if you have the buster arm and use the devil bringer to leap on his back mid-fight by using Gilgamesh's flying spike tops. Slice the legs and hit the weak point, easy.
