The biggest addition to Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption is the giant chicken boss named Modic the Cowardice. Here's how to locate and defeat him.
To fight Modic you must defeat Chanel, afterward, speak to her to unlock the egg that will lead to Modic's lair.
Modic is locked in a giant cage and the hay is poisoned, it's ideal to fight Modice on the iron flooring if you want to avoid damage. Modic has mainly close-range physical attacks. A pick that can lift you up, a multi-peck attack, and a back knee when you're behind him. The best tactic is to parry his peck when he's about to attack and remain close. Modic can't attack right below his chin at the toes of his feet, this area is key to keeping yourself within ideal striking distance.
Modic will also lay eggs that will hatch into adds if struck by you or him. The best thing is to avoid those unless you want to be overwhelmed. If you do hatch on, just avoid it. These tiny chickens can take damage and if you focus on them Modic can easily kill you.
Modic's most powerful attack is when he hops around on his butt, I'm serious. This can be fatal as it cannot be dodged and only avoided by running. The other powerful attack is his ability to separate his head from his body. If this happens you can win the fight but it's unlikely. The best tactic is to kill Modic before this happens, using your flame sword and pummel him. Keep you the assault, don't stray far, and use your long sword to cause heavy damage and Modic will fall.
Once defeated you'll gain access to Chanel's dual swords. While they lack the ice elemental damage they're still very cool.
