Kingdom Hearts III has a lot of varieties of keyblades but the most powerful is Ultima Weapon. Here's how to obtain the legendary keyblade.
Recipe
Like everything else, you'll need to get the recipe. To obtain it you'll have to acquire 58 different crafting materials from defeating enemies both in ground combat and in the Gummi ship sections, treasure chests, and random drops. Head to the Moogle Workshop to see how many materials you need from the Collector's Goal. Once you reach 58 Ultima Weapon will unlock.
Crafting
Ultima Weapon needs 2 Wellspring Crystals, 2 Lucid Crystals, 2 Pulsing Crystals, and 7 Orichalcum+. Wellspring Crystals can be found in events such as the Battle Portals in San Fransokyo. The other items, with the exception of the Orichalcum+, can be crafted from the menu. You should have the recipe once you unlock Ultima Weapons's recipe. Orichalcum+ can be obtained in several ways.
Moogle Raffle Tickets
This is the most vexing way to get it but it's an option. Spending money in the Moogle shop will reward you Moogle Raffle Tickets sometimes. You mail these tickets in Twilight Town to get a random material, sometimes Orichalcum+.
You can save your game before sending in the ticket, send it in, and repeat the process until you get the Orichalcum+. Be prepared for a long process of reloading if you choose this path.
Frozen Slider Mini-Game
After completing Frozen's world you can access the Frozen Slider minigame by heading to Elsa's Snow Palace. Talk to Elsa to start the game and collecting 10 treasures to get the Orichalcum+ material.
Exile Island Chest
In the Pirates of the Caribbean world head to the southwest corner of the map to find Exile Island, where Jack was marooned in the movie, to find an Orichalcum+.
Lucky Emblems
Collecting all 90 Lucky Emblems will reward the player with an Orichalcum+.
Eclipse Galaxy Boss
These bosses are available in the Eclipse Galaxy and only through Gummi ship. You can find the bosses within the game's navigation system and must defeat the 4 bosses spawned by the Colossus Pyramid boss and Omega Machina to get the Orichalcum+.
Flantastic Seven Mini-Games
Hidden throughout the world are Flantastic Heartless that provide minigames. If the player beats the high score you'll earn an Orichalcum+.
