Red Dead Redemption 2's huge cast is are big fans of smoking, this before it was proven that tobacco is linked to a lot of cancer. However, one individual is looking to collect all the cards put into Premium Cigarette packs and will pay handsomely for anyone who gives him a complete set. You can complete the set by collecting the cards within the overworld or get them the smart but expensive way.
There are 12 in a set with 144 cards in total. You cannot complete the set until you complete the main mission "Who is Not Without Sin" and find Phineas T. Ramsbottom smoking by the Flatneck Station. This will begin the mission.
Once done head to any general store that sells Premium Cigarettes. The best option is Valentine. You'll need about $2000 to do this method but is the easiest. Buy Premium Cigarette packs and you can get a card with each pack.
This will be easier with an upgraded scathel since you have to purchase and discard the packs to earn new cards. You can get duplicates, so keep that in mind, and can keep track of each set by going to the document section and looking at each pack. There's 12 in each set so once you have 12/12 you've complete the set.
You only need 1 set for the 100% completion but if you complete all sets, which should take about 1 hour, Ramsbottom will reward you well. Making up for the money you spent and more. Once you have a set head to the post office to send them off.
