Red Dead Redemption 2 is full of exciting challenges but some are about paying respect to the past. As part of the Dutch van der Linde gang, not everyone will make it and you can visit their graves for a trophy or achievement. Here are all the locations and you have to interact with them to gain credit. All grave locations are required to obtain 100% completion.

OBTAINING THE ACHIEVEMENT/TROPHY REQUIRES COMPLETION OF THE MAIN CAMPAIGN
Jenny Kirk's grave is located by the game's starting area. Head to the NW of the map on the right side of the river when it breaks.
Davey Callander's grave is located in Colter, the town south of when you found the previous grave and when the gang hid for the first time after saving Alder. The grave is on the left side of the church, the grave on the upper NW side, facing the opposite direction.
Eagle Flies grave is by Donner Falls, east of the previous graves. It's on the cliff facing the waterfalls shown below.
Arthur Morgan's grave can be found by the Lord of the Rings easter egg. SE from Eagle Flies. From the house head up the hill behind it. Morgan's grave can be found on the top, on the ledge facing towards the house, covered in flowers.
Susan Grimshaw's grave can be found by the E where it says New Hanover on the map screen. Located on the hill by the train tracks overlooking the horizon.
Hosea Matthews and Lenny Summers can be found west of the prison in the swamp. Head to the location on the map below and look for the giant tree, it's pretty hard to miss. Also, you must interact with both graves.
Kieran Duffy's grave is another easy one. Head to the location below, it's a giant meadow. Her grave is sticking out.
Sean MacGuire's grave is a bit tricky. Head to the location below, you should the shoreline. On the left is a clear area and on the right is a forested area. Inside the small forested area is the grave, among the shadows.
Once you get the final grave you should unlock the achievement/trophy Paying Respects.
