I beat Army of Two today for the first time. I've been playing it alongside my brother and we motored through the last half of it today. Definitely an enjoyable game, I'll be playing through it a few more times to buy all the guns and find all the intelligence things. I'm definitely looking forward to the sequel, too.
I played the Left 4 Dead 2 demo as well. Very enjoyable, it's just L4D with a Southern feel. Best moment of the demo was decapitating zombies with a skillet. It even makes a big, loud thud. I'll eventually get to buying the full game when it's out, but not for a while.
Speaking of L4D, I'm still playing through the first one. I also just bought the Crash Course DLC, which was more zombie goodness. I have a feeling I'll be playing it on and off for a long time to come.
I've been busy on Goozex, too. I recently received Oblivion and Crackdown in the mail (both for 360) and Brutal Legend and Assassin's Creed are both arriving next week. Very excited.
When I get those two games, that will bring my unplayed backlog to six. Six games I haven't even started yet on the 360. Yeah, I have no reason to go out and actually buy a new game when I can get a whole bunch for very cheap through Goozex.
Congrats on beating Army of Two mate and I'm sure you 're gonna like Oblivion a lot :D
I may write a review. We'll see.
As for Modern Warfare 2, I'm waiting a long while to get that, I'm thinkin'. I don't really care for the multiplayer of the first one, and I already have an insane amount of games to play. So I'll save my money to buy it for the single player at a later date. And I have yet to start Assassin's Creed (1), so the sequel will have to wait, as well.
I want to try Army of Two out, but I've heard it has its share of problems. Regardless, I'm still curious.
Zombies scare me the most. I can't even think of enjoying any game where there are zombies presents ;S
I hope you enjoy the two new games on your way :)
