FAIL.
I have a few problems with them.
First off they dont help you at all. With my first 360 i had no problems until the disc tray stopped working. So i decided to call up MS. I call them up and they wanted 100 bucks for repairs. So i did the logical thing, put my 360 in a microwave for one second. It blew the insides to kingdom kum and i got myslef a new unit free of charge. They were good with the repair but with the anitial support were anything but useful. Now my 360 is fucked again. It keeps over heating and freezing. I have tried over 20 differant things that are said to work and none do. So i call em up, They want 120 bucks for the repair. So I need to red ring it. But not in the microwave, BAD IDEA. But ya microsoft support makes me sad
