The solar eclipse of Wednesday, July 22, 2009 is a total eclipse of the Sun. It will be the longest total solar eclipse of the 21st century, lasting at most 6 minutes, 39 seconds. Bangladesh will have to wait for another 105 years to see another full solar eclipse, on June 2, 2114. So don't miss it.
I really want to see it, but, according to Wikipedia, its only "northern Maldives, northern Pakistan and northern India, eastern Nepal, northernBangladesh, Bhutan, the northern tip of Myanmar, central China and the Pacific Ocean, including the Ryukyu Islands, Marshall Islandsand Kiribati." :(
Guess I'll just have to live till 2114 XD
it made me remember my school life; cause we had one in 94/95. so we are lucky, many gets none !
It was a bit cloudy in the morning but I watched it :D Here's a photo my brother took :)
