It's the center of our galaxy (the mikly way) caught on video, the reason why the camera man was able to capture it was because there was no light pollution and he had special filtering on his lense. Watch.

No debris mate, that is it. The center of the Mily Way, of course we can't see the black hole because its invisible. :)
