...be broken. Complete restoration to factory condition was required. So I am typing this on a campus computer, which means I can't be around for a while. If it turns out to be hardware, QUITE a while still. So, unfortauntely, you will just have to... erm, not see me around. I'll get in when I can.
sad face, so yet another PC of yours broke
seems you cant catch a break with PCs :(
so lets see, seeing as its a modern PC, chances of norton being preinstalled are kinda sorta high...in that case im sorry... if it does have norton you should replace that hard drive and get a new one with no traces of that PC killer... once its on there its near impossible to remove... even if thats not what killed your PC, its only a matter of time before it dies again if its still on there after its fixed -_-
My oooooold laptops got passed onto the Pet. This one was just having freezing issues really. After the resotration it is no longer freezing, so my Hardware tutor is going thorugh it with me to get it set up and updates being managed and all that. He is also getting rid of preloaded junk, including Norton!
oh so norton was on there, well good thing its being removed. :)
so your PC is fixed now? guess i picked a good time to finally come over here then :P
I laptop is broken too. I dropped it from the table my mistake and now the LCD is broken :(
i hope he gets everything fixed for you. you really need a good PC though. How about a Mac? specially for all your design work and stuff!
Thanks guys!
@Night: It's about time! FOr goodness' sake!
@Dev: If I got a Mac the only real useful programs are art programs. I don't do enough art - and the art isn't good enough - to make it worthwhile getting a Mac that supports so few programs.
sorry to know about your situation. we'll miss you :)
